Urban planning law includes the following fields: advice on territorial and creating urban master plans; urban development programmes and preparation of the resulting urban strategy plans for urban and developable land. It also includes the non-developable land-use system, its potential uses and processing permits.

We provide also advice on urban planning management using any of the systems allowed by the law, either by equal distribution or expropriation. We prepare and provide advice on development planning and management agreements, processing and defending procedures for buildings declared in a state of disrepair or foreclosure orders, processing equity liability files due to special links or based on changes in plans, development projects, processing works and environmental licences for the use of land, procedures for implementing collective commercial fittings, urban master plans, development audits, defending actions through administrative channels and bringing actions through contentious-administrative channels.
