An economist with a degree in economics and business administration
from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. A masters’
degree in tax and financial law. Member of the Official
Economists’ Association, the Chartered Accountants and
Auditors Registry and a Member on the Advisory Committee of the
Economists’ Association.
Eduardo Pedrosa’s professional career began in 1984, as a tax
consultant in the firm Garrigues, where he was promoted to the position
of Manager. In 1994, he founded the firm Pedrosa & Asociados
and currently holds the position of Senior Partner in the firm.
He teaches tax law at the faculty of law at the ESADE business school
in Barcelona and has collaborated in speeches, courses and seminars
related to the field of tax law. He has written various articles, books
and specialist reviews on tax matters. He has wide experience in
providing advice on family businesses.

GONZÁLEZ MATHEU |

A
graduate in law from Barcelona University. Postgraduate studies in
legal and tax consulting services to companies. A member of the
Barcelona Bar Association. He previously worked as a legal and tax
consultant in the tax department of the firm Garrigues. He takes part
in and contributes to various professional training courses and
collaborates in the publication of articles, books and specialist
reviews on tax matters.

law graduate from Barcelona University. A member of the Barcelona Bar
Association. Oscar Allés has wide experience in tax and
corporate advice for family businesses and reorganisation processes,
company mergers and acquisitions.
He is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences regarding general,
property and family business tax. He is the author of various articles
and a contributor to chapters of books on the technical aspects of tax
and estate.
His professional career began in the tax department of Garrigues in
Barcelona, working there for three years before joining the tax
department of Cuatrecasas, where he provided his professional services
for five years.

FERNÁNDEZ CARBONELL |

Carlos
Fernández Carbonell graduated in law from Barcelona
University, obtaining a Master’s degree in company law from
the University of Navarra. He is a member of the Barcelona Bar
Association.
He regularly works with the University of Navarra and speaks at
seminars and conferences on general tax issues and at courses related
to taxation.
He has wide experience in providing tax and corporate advice and
planning for family businesses and reorganisation processes, company
mergers and acquisitions. Carlos Fernández has been working
at Pedrosa & Asociados for his whole professional career.

JUAN ANDÚJAR SANTOS |

José
Juan Andújar graduated in law from the “Abad
Oliba” University in Barcelona, obtaining a
master’s degree in company law from the Barcelona Bar
Association. Andújar is a specialist in mergers and
acquisitions, risk capital transactions, corporate law and commercial
registration, commercial contracts and corporate litigation.
He takes part as a speaker in many courses and seminars related to
company law, family business and risk capital and is a regular
contributor to various specialist publications on corporate law issues.
Before joining the firm Pedrosa & Asociados, his entire
professional career was at Roca Junyent, a firm in which he was a
partner.

SOLÉ LÓPEZ |

law graduate from Barcelona University. A member of the Barcelona Bar
Association.
She has wide experience in providing legal advice to businesses in the
field of labour management, collective bargaining and legal proceedings.
Right from the beginning, she has managed to combine her work as a
lawyer with teaching her main subjects, labour and social security law,
and occupational hazard prevention in various prestigious and
well-known organisations.
She regularly takes part as a speaker in seminars and conferences
regarding new legislative developments in the field of labour law.
